Operating across six provinces, we strengthened fisheries management, reforested wetlands, and supported farm-based innovations, all while respecting centuries of local knowledge. Our data-driven approach spanned habitat restoration, sustainable agriculture, fire management, and eco-tourism. These interventions built resilience for communities who depend on Tonle Sap’s seasonal rhythms. Looking ahead, our work highlights a path toward long-term stewardship of an irreplaceable resource.

Our teams focus on practical, field-tested solutions: planting native flooded forest saplings in degraded sections of the floodplain, patrolling to deter illegal activity, and guiding farmers toward profitable yet ecologically sound practices.
